研究領域及成果

研究領域以電分析化學及生化感測器之研發為主。研究主題包括::

()

發展出以聚苯胺塗覆電極為感測器之偵測系統,由於聚苯胺具有電催化之效應,除可經由本身之氧化還原作用而對部份電活性離子進行靈敏之偵測外,亦可對非電活性離子進行偵測。此外、在聚苯胺塗覆電極上、亦可塗覆酵素或免疫抗原或抗體而成為具有偵測專一性之生化感測器。有關應用聚苯胺塗覆電極所發展成功之偵測系統如尿素酵素電極以及免疫抗體塗覆電極之免疫分析法等研究成果、已有多篇論文在國際上分析化學領域中最具權威之期刊 Analytical Chemistry上發表。

應用數位交流阻抗的原理,發展出一套可同時測定電活性離子及具電吸附物種的數位交流伏安法。並已應用在FIA及液相層析之偵測上,成效相當良好。本測試系統對於非電活性但具強吸附之物種如界面活性劑,提供了一種新的分析方法,部分研究成果已發表在Analytical Chemistry期刊上。

配合超微電極之製作技術,設計出可迅速拆卸適合毛細管電泳需求之電化學偵測系統,以及具32根組合電極之電化學偵測系統。應用此組合電極於LC系統以及免疫分析偵測上,不只可同時進行不同模式之偵測以獲得多種相關之數據並且可大幅提高偵測效率。部分研究成果已發表在Analytical Chemistry期刊上。

探討奈米組合電極在生化及生分析領域上之應用,並結合奈米組合電極及微晶片製作技術發展出新的微晶片超微分析方法。
