研究興趣

本實驗室的研究興趣在於分析方法/儀器之開發、改良,及其在環境、臨床和食品分析上之應 用。目前的研究方向如下:

1.

自 動 化 分 析 :
利用微電腦介面技術,結合流動注入分析法(FIA)及陽極剝除伏安法(ASV)或氧化剝除電位分析法(PSA)以測定微量鉛、鎘、銅及汞等重金屬離子,可達到快速、準確、省 事的自動化分析目標。

2. 

液相層析電化學偵測分析:
探討管柱後光分解反應及脈波電位偵測技術,以分別應用於有機氯農藥分析及汞的物種分析。

3.

毛細管電泳電化學偵測分析:
探討將碳纖維及銅微電極分別應用於類及醣、胺基酸和多醇類之分離與偵測。

4.

土壤中微量有機污染物分析:
比較超音波、微波及超臨界流體萃取(SFE)等三種不同萃取方法的萃取效率,及其應用在土壤分析上之可行性。
